Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Johnflies Fly Factory Ltd offer free shipping on orders above 500 Dozens. We ship internationally to almost any country in the world. Order are shipped by courier or by registered mail depending on client preference.
We ship via registered mail, Fast Flight courier, ARAMEX, EMS courier or FedEx depending on the package size, value and customers requirements. However we prefer shipment via EMS as its cheaper and also faster.
For Clients in France, we ship via ARAMEX.
For US Clients Only who prefer FEDEX only :
US based customers who may prefer using FedEx are required to be licensed with a permit from the "U.S Fish and Wildlife Service" and also have the flies accompanied by documents dully filled by us from the same.
Failure to do so may or may not result in fly orders stuck in customs plus warehouse and inspection fees. For customers from the rest of the world, all that is needed is a declaration of contents done by us and an invoice.
Please ensure you include the correct shipping address if different from the billing address which in some cases might be overlooked and the order ends up elsewhere. We use the billing address to ship if you do not provide a shipping address so take note to include it if its different before checking out.Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.
Tip : Taxes and duties are mostly calculated based on the actual fly order listed price, We by default declare a lower price.
Courier orders take 3-4 days while registered mails takes up to 3 weeks or more but rest assured the order will get to you which you will have to sign for upon receiving. We provide tracking number for all methods for you to monitor the parcel online.
In either shipping methods, the cost of shipping is inclusive the total cost of the order.
Johnflies Fly Factory Ltd will accept returns on any defective fly order within 30 days. The item MUST be unused and in NEW condition. We can not accept returns after 30 days unless approved by Johnflies Fly Factory Ltd Staff.
