How it travels

Three ways your parcel reaches you

Packages are generally dispatched within 1–15 days after receipt of payment. Whichever option you choose, we send you a link to track the package online.

DHL or Aramex

Our standard tracked service: fast international transit, drop-off without signature via Posta, and a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over.

UPS Extra, signed for

Prefer a signature on delivery? We can ship with UPS Extra. An additional cost applies, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Packed with care

Boxes are amply sized and fragile items are protected individually. Your package is handled with the same care we put into tying the flies.

Costs

How shipping is charged

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order: we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.

Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

One order ships once

Add everything you need to a single basket before checkout — combined orders are cheaper to ship than two separate ones.

If something is not right

Send it back unused, in its original form

If you are not satisfied with what you received, please re-send the products in their original form. We cannot accept products that have been used and then returned.

Send the return the day after we confirm the return with you, so the parcel does not sit in transit.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Packages are generally dispatched within 1–15 days after receipt of payment. Custom-tied orders begin tying on the date we receive the order, so allow for tying time in addition to shipping.

Can I combine two orders into one parcel?

We cannot group two distinct orders that were placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Please place everything you need in a single order.

Can I ask for a signature on delivery?

Yes. We can ship with UPS Extra with required signature. An additional cost applies, so contact us before choosing this method.

How do I track my parcel?

We send you a link to track your package online as soon as it has been dispatched.

Need your flies by a certain date?

Tell us the date before you order and we will confirm whether your pattern and the courier can make it. We would rather be honest up front than hold up your trip.
