PayPal is our preferred method and the simplest way to start. We also accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bitcoin. Tying begins as soon as the agreed payment arrives.

Six ways to pay
Choose whichever is easiest from your country. If you are not sure which one works best, ask us before you pay — we will point you to the fastest option.
Credit & debit cards
Visa and Mastercard are accepted through the card option. If you are not a PayPal member, you can still pay by card without opening an account.
Bank transfer (T.T)
Ask us for our account details and send a telegraphic transfer. We confirm the order as soon as the funds land.
Western Union
Send the amount to our registered name and email, then share the reference number with us so we can collect it.
MoneyGram
The same process as Western Union: send the payment, then send us the reference so we can release the order for tying.
Bitcoin
Pay in BTC to the wallet address we provide. We start as soon as the transaction is confirmed on the network.
Before you pay
Why we ask for PayPal first
Tying begins once we have received the agreed amount. We know that paying a supplier you have not bought from before can be the biggest hurdle in doing business online — it is a hurdle for us too, because we would rather earn a customer for years than take one payment.
PayPal keeps your card and bank details with them, not with us, and gives first-time buyers a familiar, protected checkout. If you are not a PayPal member you can register in a few minutes, or simply use the card option.
Johnflies Fly Factory Ltd accepts PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bitcoin.
Exchanges & returns
If a product arrives faulty
Tell us within three days
If a product is faulty on arrival, notify us within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be returned unused. Once we receive the faulty item we will send a replacement with free postage, or revise the invoice and deduct the value of that item.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You can register with PayPal, or use the card option to pay without an account.
When does my order go into tying?
All orders begin tying once the agreed amount has been received. Custom patterns start from the date we receive your order and specification.
Which method is fastest?
PayPal and cards are confirmed immediately. Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bitcoin take a little longer to clear, so the order starts once the payment is confirmed.
Can I pay in my local currency?
The currency is agreed when you place the order. Contact us before paying if you would like to settle in a different currency.
